Your training will take place on-site or at a location convenient for you.
What is blended training?
If you choose our blended training, part of the course will be delivered via our online portal. Staff can complete this in there own time and then will attend the in-person training to cover the practical scenario-based training reducing the in-person training by half.

What is OFQUAL Accreditation?
Some sectors like education and care need their qualifications registering with an awarding body. This guarantees the course met a national recognised standard. OFQUAL accreditation requires an additional registration fee.
If you don't need OFQUAL accreditation then an in-house Skills Shop certificate will be issued.
